Children's Program at Sessions Woods! 'Kids and Carson'

June 14, 2008 (Saturday) at 1:30 p.m. Children’s Program: Kids and Carson
This Saturday, June 14th, Sessions Woods Wildlife Division Educator Laura Rogers-Castro will be leading a host of indoor and outdoor activities for children (and their caregivers) with lots of opportunities to explore the wonders of wildlife and the natural world. This special program is inspired by the work of Rachel Carson, one of the world's foremost leaders in conservation who work as an educator, scientist and writer helped revolutionize America's interest in environmental issues.
Please pre-register for this program by calling 860-675-8130. Programs are free unless noted. An adult must accompany children under 12 years old. Sorry, no pets!
The Sessions Woods Conservation Education Center’s Public Program Series is a cooperative venture between the CT DEP Wildlife Division and the Friends of Sessions Woods.
